Deployed Military Spouse’s Discount Cards are issued to Spouses of Soldier's deploying to a location where they receive hazard duty pay for a minimum of six months*. Cards can be issued beginning one month prior to the Soldier's estimated deployment date and are issued throughout the duration of the deployment.

To get your card fill out the application online or at Army Community Service.

Please remember to bring your military ID and a copy of your Spouse’s deployment orders.
