Family Assistance Plan    Addresses all levels and phases of    mobility and deployment and    stability and support operations. Pre-deployment or Mobilization Services    Deployment Handbook    Supports and assists commanders; conducts orientations for Reserve Components;    coordinates with appropriate assistance agencies, State Adjutant General and Regional    Support Command Office. Mobilization & Deployment Assistance 24-hour Family Assistance Center    1-800 number for family issues and crises 1-866-272-6981 Post Deployment or Mobilization Services    Briefings, workshops and symposiums which assist in family unification problems, lessons    learned and recommendations for improvement. Unit Rear Detachment Training    Assists the Rear Detachment Commander, key personnel and Family Readiness Group    leaders. Family Readiness Group Assistance    Assists in areas of training; resource materials; homecoming & reunion planning; and    information & referral. Operation R.E.A.D.Y.    (Resources and Materials for Educating About Deployment and You)    OPERATION R.E.A.D.Y.
