Surrounded by over 10,000 acres of beautifully wooded trails, the complex includes a clubhouse with a small kitchen and bathroom facilities. Two community pastures, hay barn, 36 duplex barns with individual tack rooms and paddocks are available on-site as well as 82 stalls for transient and show horses. Three additional duplex stall units and a new hay barn are under construction.

The Fort Rucker Riding Stables has two regulation dressage rings and two breaking pens. A lighted western arena and lighted jump/show arena, covered farriers' shed and double wash stalls with warm water are also available to patrons. Hay and stall bedding may be purchased from the Fort Rucker Riding Stables office. A flexible feed service program is also a convenience available to patrons.

The Fort Rucker Riding Stables hosts eight open horse shows in conjunction with the Wiregrass Open Horseman's Association and numerous other equestrian events throughout the year.

Fort Rucker Riding Stables is located on Hatch Road just south of the Silver Wings Golf Course. Driver's license, current registration and proof of insurance on the towing vehicle is required to enter Fort Rucker and all passengers over 16 years old must show a photo ID at the gate.
